FAQ
How do I book a session?
Booking is easy! Just head to the Contact or Book Now page and fill out the inquiry form. I’ll follow up within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and discuss details.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer (typically 25–50% of the total package price) is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
What’s your turnaround time for photos?
Standard delivery is within 7–14 business days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee. Events and large galleries may take up to 21 days.
How will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a link to a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your edited images. Prints and albums can be ordered directly from the gallery.
What if it rains?
For outdoor shoots, we’ll keep an eye on the weather and reschedule if needed. No fees for weather-related reschedules. Mother Nature gets a pass.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, flexible payment plans are available for sessions over a certain amount. Just ask during your booking consultation!
Do you travel?
Yes! I’m available for travel both in and out of state. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, just send your vision, and we’ll make it happen.

Is my deposit refundable if I cancel?
A: No, the deposit/retainer is non-refundable. It secures your session date and time.

A: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your session.

A: Yes! You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours before your session.
Q: What happens if I cancel less than 48 hours before the session?
A: The deposit will be forfeited, and additional fees may apply.
Q: What if I don’t show up for the session?
A: No-shows are treated as cancellations. The deposit and any fees are non-refundable.
